I know I have a tendency to have a soft spot for brushes, but when a tool performs above and beyond my wildest expectations, I can't help but sing it's praises! The best beaten face is NOTHING without a flawless base. No matter how great the product, it can still end up looking like fingerpaints. Something I recently discovered that I really like in a foundation brush is an angled tip! It gets into those hard to reach areas around the eyes and nose. Another must have feature is a set of soft, densely packed, (preferably) duo-fiber bristles. IAMFB is a heavenly combination of all of these, able to glide liquid foundations seamlessly across the skin. the barrel seems to be made of wood, providing a decent weight to the brush. It has a red and white Ombre design with gold lettering. It has very quickly become my go to brush for foundation application. I need to take a moment to re-visit how soft the bristles are, deepening my eternal love. That fact alone impresses me even more when it comes to the performance. I do believe they are the reason for the airbrush-like finish. It's a tried and true testament to a high quality tool.
