Before I even get started, I'm going to say up front that bronzers and I have always had a rather strange relationship...They generally end up too light for use as a bronzer, so it ends up going all over my face to set my makeup instead. I don't really mind this arrangement, but I'm still left without a bronzer! There have been rave reviews about BH Cosmetic's Brilliance Bronzer from my most trusted beauty gurus and decided to give it a try. After all, worse case scenario, I may have just found my new fave setting powder...
To be fair, a large part of the reason as to why bronzer and I are not BFFs is because the sun naturally hits and tans me on the high points of my face, so, bronzer generally doesn't do much for my complexion; it actually makes it slightly muddy. If the shade is not absolutely perfect, it a hot ass mess. WELL, after a week or two of being indoors from being under the weather, my face and complexion were in desperate need of a pick me up. Ladies, I lie to you not when I say this brought my face ALL the way back!! Instead of looking like I just survived near-death-by-illness, I looked like I just came back from vacation!! The powder is soo finely milled and buttery; I dare say silky. It melted into my skin and blended perfectly with my other face products without the slightest hint of muddiness!! This bronzer, rightly named Brilliance, has ME holdin' her beer bitches! lol
