BH Cosmetics Aurora Lights 15 Color Baked Eyeshadow Palette

I have waited long enough!!  This had to be the product that I was MOST excited about in the entire BH Deep Dive.  I have been enamored with this palette since its release!!  If you don't already know, NOBODY does baked eyeshadows like BH does!!  From the very 1st palette of baked shadows I ever purchased from them, "Galaxy Chic", I knew that BH had something special.  Since that initial launch, 3 other out of this world baked palettes have been added; SuperNova, Solar Flare, and today's gem, the Aurora Lights...

First off, all the shades in the palette are jewel-toned.  Needless to say, there are NO MATTES, so you may want to have a few of your favorite reliable transition shades on hand before diving in (I used my 42 Color Studio Pro Ultimate Matte Palette).  The formula is bomb-ass!! The shades do have several different finishes, and are designed to be buildable and layered across the variety of finishes.  I found them to be extremely smooth, and did not experience any issues when blending the shades out.  There is a bit a fallout, as with most baked products, which can be eliminated by dampening the brush.  HOWEVER, a word of caution to the meek-hearted; a damp brush does amp the shimmer shades up to damn near blinding!!  You get a rather generous mirror inside the palette as well, sufficient enough to do your full face.

The palette retails for $18.00, but if purchased by midnight, is on site as the daily deal for only $10.50.  There is a coordinating brush set of the same name as well, which I will have a separate review at a later date, but are pictured above, and are available on the site currently on sale for $13.00.  I'm over the moon excited about this, and am happy to say it lived up to every bit of the hype.  She's getting 💋💋💋💋, I can't wait to see what's next!~The Queen
