In a way, I kinda knew these brushes were happening...I kept seeing advertisements from BH all over the place for TMB2B palette as if it were a new release. That of course got my wheels turning, and I felt, with the weather heating up, the collection was NO DOUBT about to expand! Just a few weeks after my keen observation, not only did a brand new set of brushes drop, but 2 new sets of lashes exclusive to the collection, AND 4 piece tropical glitter set! Well you know me, I just HAD to pick up the tool first! Truth be told, I think BH gets it a little bit BETTER with each set they release...
These may be the most visually stunning set I have picked up from BH thus far! The colorway was chosen to coordinate to shades within the TMB2B palette. Each one is a different color, and has an ombre gradient to solid silver. The material the brushes are made from is referred to on-site as "metalized"; if you are familiar with BH's Metal Rose Brush Collection, then you are right on the money! The set includes 10 brushes in total; this is the 1st set I purchased that included both a round and angled blush brush. I am sooo in love with the gray, super-plush bristles! The powder brush is absolutely heavenly; its extra fluffy, and just the right size to get all over the face. It is the perfect balance between softness and density. It even has a decent weight to it, which is a bonus! Brushes 5-8 provided me with exactly what I needed to create my full eye look. Shout out to the #8 Detailing Round Blending Brush; its tapered point fit directly in my crease and did not muddy my lid colors upon blending.
These brushes are refreshingly awesome. Short of a highlighter brush, the set is amazing for starting a beginner brush kit off on the right foot. The set retails for $26.00, and it TOTALLY worth it.
