If eyeshadow is my first makeup love, than lipstick would have to be my side piece; I just can't decide which one I love more! In the past year, I have really been getting into the whole liquid lip craze, trying out new formulas every time one drops. When I saw BH was releasing a line of liquid lip products that stay put AND feel like a dream when worn, I jumped at the chance to try them out! So let's talk lips ladies, and see what Cashmere Cream has to offer...
There are 10 shades in all, ranging from a cool tan nude, to a bright fiery red. The packaging is interesting; in that it is made more in the shape of a squeeze out lip gloss, but it actually has a doe-foot applicator. Each one reflects the color of the product inside, but all share the metallic gold writing with the company logo and product name. The formula is DIVINE. It's super lightweight, and feels like a mousse with a bounce to it. The pigment is wonderful, but can be built up by the layer, making the colors really pop. As of yet, the shade range offered is rather traditional; there's nothing wild and crazy here. That being said, you have almost a 100% chance of finding a color that flatters you that can be worn on a regular basis. My favorite of the moment has to be "Shook", but "Extra" and "Hustle" are definitely close seconds. I'll be sure to pick up 2 additional shades when I place my next order, I'm hooked!!
Cashmere Cream retails for $8.00, however, are currently on sale via the BH website for $5.00 each. I hope this is a lip line BH chooses to stick with. They are sooo nice, and have the staying power to really last as a successful line. Perhaps BH will continue to add 10 new shades to the lineup every season(hint hint!)...that would be DOPE!!! Cashmere Cream is ultimately Queen Khira approved, and deserves every one of these 💋💋💋💋💋💋. These are truly fabulous BH, job well done!~The Queen
