"She back at it, why wouldn't she be?!" It's My RayeRaye is back at BH for her second palette collab release! I am more than thrilled to have a second installment from one of my favorite YouTubers, especially when the original was so dope! The other wonderfully fantastic thing that happened when this dropped was that ALL 3 lippies came back in stock after being sold out for several months! So you know I had to grab it ALL!! So let's talk sequels shall we...
The packaging is more streamlined than the original, as it contains 15 eyeshadows only; as opposed to the 3 highlight and 3 contour powders included in Raye I. The entire palette is done in a metallic gold, and I absolutely LOVE that. I will admit, I was initially bummed to learn that there would NOT be any highlighter included in here, but then I thought about it...How many variations to highlight shades could there really BE?! The shadows are different from the predecessor, more bright, poppy, youthful shades. As far as pigmentation goes, it's absolutely FANTASTIC! The colors blend beautifully, and perform excellent over just primer, no need to apply damp. There are 3 shades in particular that are tickling my fancy right now; "Shinin" (swoon!), "Charmed", and "Showgirl". This is the first item going in my bag for my Summer Vacay!
Yay Raye!! What a solid sequel! I can't say for sure which palette I prefer, because each offers a little something different. The palette retails for $17.50, however, if you will receive a full sized Raye Liquid Lipstick in Rosey Raye (a $9.00 value) for FREE!! I'm sold; 💋💋💋💋💋💋; Congrats Raye!~The Queen
