Ok, so these Throwback Thursday and Fab Find Fridays collaborations may be a new thing!! I recently purchased a few shades of lipstick from LA Colors in the original moisturizing and matte formulas. I had totally forgotten how legit these lipsticks actually are!!
My New Colors are as Follows:
- Purely Matte: Amethyst
- Purely Matte: Sheer Violet
- Matte Lip: Stay Put Plum
- Moisturizing: Grape Crush
- Moisturizing: Dusty Rose
- Moisturizing: Petal
- Moisturizing: Bright Blue
- Moisturizing: Bright Fuscia
Each color cost just $1.00, and there are at least 70 different shades to choose from. Thanks to @dupethat via instagram and Pinterest, we also have a go to guide for MAC lip dupes that are included in the LA Colors line. A decent lip liner underneath (try one from the AOA Studio line, also $1.00 each!), and the lipstick has decent staying power.
This is a product that you pick up every time you see it for sale. Keep your eyes peeled in all your local Dollar Trees, Family Dollar, and Dollar General Store’s; it’s where I find the largest color selection, but there are several shades available via shopmissa.com.
