Happy New Year Ladies!! Along with all the Resolutions, Promises, and Possibilities a new year holds, it also brings new shades from all our favorite makeup brands. Wet n Wild is no exception! In addition to six new shades of lip balm stains(post and pics to come!), they also added six new shades to their line of Silk Finish Lipsticks. There was also a wardrobe update, they are now packaged in sleek black tubes, but sadly, there was also discontinuations of a few of the shades(tear!😥). I had the pleasure of picking up these six shades at my local CVS and was pleasantly surprised that they remained at their Oso budget-friendly price point of .99!
The Shades are true to name, having silky finishes and are nice and creamy. So much in fact that I neglected to apply lip balm prior to use and didn't even notice!! The shades are true to color and well pigmented. My favorite of the new colors is 15 Minutes Aflame, which is a bright coral pink that has a cream finish. The new shades are listed below and correspond with the picture above from left to right. I would definitely recommend picking these shades up, they are a must-have for any lipstick lover!
