Product Rave: Nabi Cosmetics LipLiners!!

    

                           

During an earlier post, I mentioned that in addition to ordering the full set of round lipsticks from Nabi Cosmetics, I also went out on a limb and purchased their set of 55 Lipliners.  At the price of $22.50 for the entire set I thought, "at the very least I can use them as gifts for all the young girls in my family.  I purchased them from EBay, and as with the lipsticks, the shipping took only 2 days to arrive once the order was placed.  They arrived neatly packaged, and color-coordinated.  Once unpackaged, I compared each to the colors listed on the website, as there are 58 colors that are named, so I wanted to know which colors were not included in my set.  I also took the opportunity to swatch them all.  My thoughts on this product is that they are creamy, highly pigmented, long lasting, and once set, virtually smudge-proof.  These could definitely be dupes for the NYX liners, as I have many of those and compared the two.  The packaging is identical, so is the amount of product.  Both are smooth and easy to apply.   In one area I prefer the Nabi, as they seemed to set quicker and did not budge once set.  My favorite use for any liner is a base for my lipstick, and these Nabi Lipliners definitely stood up to the task. They allowed my lipstick to apply smoothly, and not only did it allow for the color to appear true on e applied to my lips, it also increased the staying power of the Lipcolor I had on top.  Sooo...Score!!  These are definitely worth the price, and perform up to par.  I will rate these a 4.5 out of 5 simply because the colors only range from tans, browns, pinks, and reds.  There are a few shades that claim to be glitter, but they're more like shimmer shades.  Let me know if you guys decide to pick these up or any other cosmetics from their line.  Queen Out!!
